Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Global Operational Excellence Leader to drive the organization’s continuous improvement strategy across regions and business units. You will function as a Lean and Continuous Improvement enabler, partnering with leaders to identify root causes and translate opportunities into practical, sustainable solutions.

You will develop a consistent Lean framework across locations, standardize methodologies, and share best practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or related roles with global leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis, structured problem solving, Kaizen events, and Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Develop Lean capability; own certification programs and coach teams to deliver projects.
• Deliver strategic improvement initiatives from planning through implementation with measurable results.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and others to improve end-to-end processes.
