Responsibilities

• Plan and execute program events (virtual and in-person), including orientation, workshops, and cultural excursions.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the Humphrey Fellowship Program, including weekly seminars and panels.
• Maintain and update the Humphrey Program website and social media accounts to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Offer comprehensive support to Humphrey Fellows, including assistance with class registration, and general program inquiries.
• Manage various administrative tasks, including room reservations and program documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, communications, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Part-time role, 20 hours per week.
