Buddha Jewelry in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced eCommerce Website Manager to own and optimize our digital storefronts, drive global expansion, and align the site with commercial priorities across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

The role requires hands-on Shopify expertise, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate across time zones to deliver scalable, customer-centric online experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing eCommerce websites.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Shopify, with the ability to confidently manage the Shopify Admin and backend.
• Experience managing websites at a global or multi-market level.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce technology, website architecture, UX, integrations, and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the website as a commercial asset, with accountability for customer experience, merchandising, conversion, content, and digital commerce performance.
• Serve as the internal Shopify subject matter expert and primary business owner of the platform.
• Manage customer-facing website functionality, content, navigation, collections, and merchandising capabilities.
• Establish scalable website standards, processes, and best practices while partnering with Systems on technical governance and Operations on underlying business processes.
• Lead the commercial and cross-functional execution of Buddha Jewelry’s global eCommerce expansion.
• Develop launch plans covering business requirements, customer experience, merchandising, content, testing, and optimization.
