It starts with our people, which is why we need a Manager, Learning & Development to join our team and lead the development of BCLP's management and leadership capability across Global Business Services and Paralegal populations.
As a newly created role, this position will be responsible for building a comprehensive management curriculum from the ground up, establishing development pathways that enable leaders to effectively manage performance, develop talent, and create high-performing teams. The role will also shape broader professional development offerings that support career growth, operational excellence, and business performance.
Pursuant to Illinois and District of Columbia pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for this position. At the time of posting, the estimated Illinois range is $134,000 to $164,000, and the estimated D.C. range is $141,000 to $173,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
