• Excellent communication, influence and leadership skills.
• Experience building and executing strategy across a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Clorox’s U.S. real estate strategy aligned with business needs and sustainability priorities.
• Oversee site selection, lease administration, space planning, and workplace experience programs across global offices and manufacturing footprint.
• Lead the global security strategy including physical security, access control, crisis management, and incident response.
• Establish KPIs to measure security readiness, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
