Job summary

Clarity Innovations is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead the Facilities function across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and operational environments for the company’s critical mission footprint. You will drive space planning, security-aligned infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration across Security, IT, and Finance.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale facilities management, budgeting, and vendor management, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management experience across multi-site environments.
• Experience managing construction, renovation, infrastructure, or real-estate projects including secure/classified facilities.
• Budgets, forecasts, business cases, vendor/contracts, and project financials knowledge.
• Knowledge of classified facilities and physical security requirements (ICD-705/NISPOM).
• Experience with server-room/data-center infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, UPS).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clarity’s Facilities function, including oversight of Office Managers and site operations.
• Plan and execute corporate office facilities/projects, data centers, secure spaces, relocations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and contracts for real estate and infrastructure.
• Manage space/capacity planning, occupancy, and site capacity across locations.
• Partner with OneIT on infrastructure requirements; ensure electrical, cooling, and space readiness.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on secure and classified environments.
• Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance, asset inventories, and lifecycle plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal safety and security requirements.
