Qualifications

• 15+ years leading global corporate security, real estate and facilities operations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, security management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Certifications such as CPP, CFM, or MCR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy including physical security, access control, crisis management, executive protection, and incident response.
• Oversee real estate and workplace strategy, site selection, lease administration, and space planning across global footprint.
• Manage facilities operations, capital projects, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Establish KPIs to improve security readiness, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
