Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Global Manager for Performance & Value Intelligence to lead the global PV&I capability across the technology lifecycle. You will align analytics, value engineering and safety monitoring with customer outcomes, working with regional leaders and senior executives.

This full-time role requires relocation to Phoenix or Tucson, AZ, up to 50% travel, and offers value-driven compensation with broad benefits. VISA sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Data/Business/Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading value engineering, performance analytics or operational intelligence for mining/industrial/tech.
• Experience defining mining ops tech business cases, value baselines, benchmarks and simulations.
• Experience with MineStar or similar large-scale mining tech solutions.
• Experience with safety and production performance monitoring with governance and escalation.
• Ability to build global centers of excellence and standardize execution.
• Experience operating across remote/site-based/customer-embedded models.

Responsibilities

• Own global PV&I operating model, standards, governance and analytics roadmaps.
• Own value baselines and business cases through value engineering and benchmarking.
• Lead performance intelligence framework, reports and what-if simulations.
• Lead performance monitoring capabilities with short-interval control.
• Integrate safety advisory and monitoring-center insights into production performance.
• Be accountable for value realization governance through recurring reviews.
• Define global KPIs and data quality expectations for trusted insights.
• Partner with regional leaders to prioritize demand and close capability gaps.
• Lead and develop managers, leads and specialists in PV&I.
• Represent PV&I in executive forums and customer engagements.
