Caterpillar, Inc. is recruiting a Global Manager for Performance & Value Intelligence to lead the analytics and governance across the technology lifecycle. This leadership role partners with regional teams to translate data into value,安全 oversight, and drive measurable customer outcomes.

The position is full-time with global scope, requires collaboration with cross-functional partners, and involves travel up to 50% across sites while based in the Phoenix/Tucson area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Advanced experience leading value engineering, performance analytics, operational intelligence or value realization.
• Experience defining mining operations tech business cases, value baselines, benchmarks and simulations.
• Experience with MineStar or similar large-scale industrial/mining tech.
• Experience with safety and production monitoring governance and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Performance & Value Intelligence operating model, including standards, methods, governance and analytics roadmaps.
• Own value baselines and business cases through value engineering, value simulation and benchmarking.
• Lead the performance intelligence framework, standard reports and gap analysis.
• Lead performance monitoring capabilities to support on-site decisions.
• Integrate DSS safety advisory and monitoring-center insights into production monitoring.
• Be accountable for value realization governance with recurring reviews of customer business cases.
• Define global KPIs, data quality expectations and decision rights across regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to prioritize demand and transfer lessons into global standards.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and specialists across value engineering and analytics.
• Represent Performance & Value Intelligence in enterprise and senior leadership forums.
