Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Control to lead a multi-site QC organization at Malvern and Spring House. You will drive test strategy, data integrity, and inspection readiness for biotherapeutic programs while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech QC, strong leadership, and experience with biologics and advanced therapies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, biotechnology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years in pharma/biotech with GMP QC lab experience; 5+ years in people management.
Experience with biologics or advanced therapies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site QC organization of 80+ employees and contractors across Malvern and Spring House.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and data integrity; manage investigations and CAPAs.
Oversee method lifecycle, transfer, qualification, validation, and regulatory readiness.
Partner with Manufacturing, QA, Analytical Development, and Regulatory to ensure supply continuity.
