Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations in the United States. This senior role shapes the global strategy for analytical and secondary content across a large international organization and leads a 150-person global operation.

You will drive GenAI-enabled workflows, partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Operations, and improve content quality, currency, discoverability, and customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale global operations with P&L accountability.
• Experience transforming organizations and implementing tech-enabled change.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
• Background in legal/secondary content or publishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set global strategy and operating roadmap for Analytical Editorial Ops across 150-person org.
• Lead adoption and scaling of GenAI-enabled content capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, Commercial, Operations teams.
• Drive governance, quality standards, and risk management for AI workflows.
• Oversee budget, resources, and investments for the analytics organization.
• Build a high-performing global workforce through talent development and reskilling.
