Job summary

Lumentum seeks a transformational technology leader to modernize and lead its global Digital Supply Chain Applications portfolio. This executive will own strategy, execution, and performance of advanced planning platforms supporting a complex, multi-site manufacturing network.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership.
Proven success leading APS/ERP transformation programs.
Deep expertise in Kinaxis or Blue Yonder.
Strong ERP ecosystem knowledge, Oracle preferred.
Experience integrating planning systems with PLM and manufacturing systems.
Demonstrated application of AI/ML to supply chain planning and decision support.
Executive presence with ability to influence at C-level and board level.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Own global APS ecosystem and ERP integrations.
Design scalable integration across ERP, PLM, manufacturing systems, and analytics.
Lead large-scale modernization initiatives with global stakeholders.
Improve forecast accuracy, planning cycle time, service levels, and working capital performance.
Embed scenario modeling and digital twin capabilities into executive decision processes.
Deploy predictive modeling and AI-enabled decision support tools.
