Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Global Lead to craft and operationalize the strategy for Scientific Platforms and Engagement in an AI-driven era. You will steer the design of GenAI content, immersive medical education environments, and external LLM platforms, aligning with GTMC and Medical GBUs to scale across markets.

You will guide platform governance, KPI development, and cross-functional partnerships while driving innovations that transform scientific exchange for HCPs, patients, and payers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Medical Education, or Digital Health with platform/content innovation.
• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD or life sciences master) preferred; Digital Health/AI training is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered content platforms, immersive medical education tech, and omnichannel medical communications.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder platform innovation projects in global pharma.
• Familiarity with GenAI content tools and AR/VR for medical education.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior leadership across Medical, Digital and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Scientific Platforms roadmap; reimagine scientific exchange.
• Lead design and incubation of GenAI content creation and immersive education.
• Coordinate omnichannel engagement with GTMC for global deployment.
• Identify emerging content tech, immersive platforms, and AI-driven tools for medical use cases.
• Design architectures enabling personalized scientific content delivery at scale.
• Establish KPI/impact frameworks and ensure smooth handoffs to operations.
