Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA (with involvement in Morristown, NJ) seeks a Global Lead for Scientific Platforms & Engagement Strategy to redefine how science is consumed in the AI era. You will architect strategic platforms, oversee GenAI content creation, immersive medical education, and omnichannel engagement with HCPs, patients, and payers, in partnership with GTMC and Medical GBUs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Digital Health with platform or content innovation focus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior Medical, Digital, and Commercial leadership and present complex ideas with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Scientific Platforms roadmap, redefining scientific exchange across channels for HCPs, patients, and payers.
• Lead strategic design and incubation of GenAI content creation, immersive medical education, and emerging engagement technologies.
• Build the vision for omnichannel scientific engagement, coordinating with GTMC for standardized, scalable deployment globally.
• Identify and evaluate emerging content technologies and AI-driven tools for applicability to Sanofi's medical strategy.
• Design architectures enabling personalized content delivery at scale across learning journeys.
• Define KPI and impact measurement frameworks before handoff to operational teams.
