Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Global Lead for Scientific Platforms & Engagement Strategy to shape how science is consumed in an AI era. You will define the platforms roadmap, drive GenAI content and immersive education initiatives, and enable personalized experiences for HCPs, patients, and payers.

In this global role, you will partner with Medical, Digital, GTMC, and field teams to scale innovative platforms, measure impact, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets worldwide.

Qualifications

10+ years in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, or Digital Health with platform experience.
Advanced scientific degree preferred; AI/digital health knowledge a plus.
Experience with AI-powered content platforms and immersive medical education.
Proven track record leading cross-functional platform innovations globally.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Scientific Platforms roadmap across channels.
Lead GenAI content creation and immersive education incubations.
Coordinate omnichannel engagement with GTMC and field teams.
Evaluate emerging content tech and AI tools for scalability.
Define KPI framework and handoff to operations.
