Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in live production, broadcast, audiovisual technology, collaboration technology, or a related field.
• Able to define long-term technology strategy and support production needs.
• Strong experience with core technologies like Jamf Pro, Okta, 1Password, Google Workspace, Atlassian Confluence/Jira.
• Familiar with workplace management apps (OfficeSpace, Freshservice, Greetly, Zoom).
• Leads production and AV professionals and makes informed architectural decisions.
• Strong operator and budget/vendor lifecycle management.
• Excellent communicator to translate tech for executives.
• Calm under pressure and ownership mindset.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy and roadmap for production, audiovisual systems, conference rooms, collaboration technology, and related infrastructure.
• Set the standard for high-profile company moments including executive meetings, town halls, broadcasts, and hybrid experiences.
• Ensure collaboration tech environment is intuitive, reliable, scalable, and aligned with how Klaviyos work.
• Partner with Communications, Workplace Experience, Events, IT, Networking, Security to align investments with priorities.
• Manage budgets, vendor strategy, equipment lifecycle, and major tech investments.
• Establish operating standards, service expectations, metrics and accountability.
• Use data, incidents, retrospectives, and feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Guide AV/Collaboration strategy for new workplaces and major projects.
• Build scalable systems, playbooks, and processes for repeatable execution.
• Clarify priorities and allocate resources when demand competes.
• Serve as senior escalation point while empowering the team to own problems.
