Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales / Solutions Architecture.
• 8+ years in a pre-sales leadership position.
• 5+ years building and developing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, software architecture, and integration technologies.
• Excellent leadership and ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Experience in Billing, Payments, fraud solutions, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Solutions Architects (PSA), providing guidance on best practices for engaging with partners.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the capability of the PSA team in supporting ISV and SI partners across AMER.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to ensure alignment in partner strategies and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key partner accounts, understanding their needs and translating them into action for the PSA team.
• Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and direct the team in addressing these areas.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and grow talent on a global scale across AMER.
• Initiate and lead efforts to develop Centers of Excellence within partners, driving solutions-orientated go-to-market services, products and strategies with Stripe as a key pillar.
