Yoh is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager for its Research and Development client in Marietta, Ohio. You will lead a global team of electrical engineers, embedded software engineers, and technicians to drive advanced embedded control platforms.

The role demands deep experience in firmware, hardware, sensing, and control algorithms, plus a track record with regulated industries and full product lifecycle leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading embedded hardware and software teams.
• 3+ years designing embedded control systems for electromechanical products.
• Experience with embedded firmware using C/C++ and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of electrical engineers, embedded software engineers, and technicians.
• Provide technical leadership for firmware, hardware, sensing, communications, and control algorithms.
• Develop scalable, modular control platforms for future product innovation.
• Oversee embedded controls development through the full product lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet standards (UL/IEC/CE/CSA) and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with project managers to develop schedules, staffing plans, and budgets.
