Thermo Fisher Scientific, within the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division, is seeking a Senior Manager to translate commercial strategy into scalable analytics and enable data-driven decision-making. Based in a hybrid role, you will lead a global analytics and reporting function across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Data Governance.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial analytics and 3+ years leading analytics teams, with strong Power BI, data modeling, and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, BI or analytics.
• 3+ years leading analytics teams.
• Experience developing analytics strategies, governance, and scalable BI solutions.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team delivering analytics, reporting and business insights.
• Define and execute the commercial analytics roadmap aligned to sales goals.
• Establish governance for KPIs, reporting standards and data quality.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Data Governance.
• Deliver executive insights and recommendations to drive performance.
• Advance analytics enablement with Power BI, automation and AI capabilities.
• Support initiatives including CRM/ERP alignment and segmentation.
• Drive analytics adoption and measure business impact.
