Job summary

SCIEX in Marlborough, MA, seeks a LC/MS Service Trainer to develop and deliver workflow-based training for our global service workforce. You will prepare Field Service Engineers to support LC/MS workflows, including sample preparation, method development, data acquisition, processing, and reporting.

You will design instructor-led, virtual and hands-on courses, strengthen troubleshooting, and standardize curricula while partnering with Global Service Support to address knowledge gaps and support

Qualifications

Experience creating training materials and learning content.
Hands-on LC/MS workflow experience including maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to develop and deliver technical training programs.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams on global initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training for Field Service Engineers.
Create instructor-led, virtual and hands-on training addressing end-to-end workflows.
Strengthen troubleshooting capabilities and standardize curricula.
Partner with Global Service Support on new product introductions and knowledge transfer.
