Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive law enforcement experience, including senior management or police executive roles.
• Proven supervision, management and leadership in civilian law enforcement services and police operations.
• Strong understanding of community policing, organized crime, investigations, internal affairs, and field training programs.
• Ability to assess delivery of specialized law enforcement activities and recommend capacity-building changes.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
• Passport and willingness to travel overseas; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship).

Responsabilités

• Provide advisory support to partner-nation law enforcement agencies to strengthen policing practices and institutional capacity.
• Deliver training on core policing functions including community policing, investigations, leadership, internal affairs, and field operations.
• Mentor law enforcement personnel on management principles, ethics, organizational development, and professional standards.
• Assess law enforcement structures and recommend improvements aligned with internationally accepted standards.
• Facilitate collaboration with interagency partners, academic institutions, and subject‑matter experts as required.
• Prepare reports, assessments, and documentation related to training activities, organizational needs, and capacity-building progress.
• Support implementation of sustainable institutional reforms through training, mentoring, and technical guidance.
