Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC is seeking a Launch Project Manager to oversee mass production launches from initiation through ramp-up. The role bridges the factory and key clients, ensuring alignment on timelines, quality milestones, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams across the US and China, managing ECNs, and coordinating with OEMs to ensure successful program execution and smooth ramp-up in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams across the US and China to drive launch projects.
• Manage ECNs and coordinate with OEMs throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure IQ targets, quality goals, and cost targets are met during mass-production ramp-up.
• Guide APQP/PPAP processes as applicable to the project.
