Job summary

Minth Group is hiring a Mass Production Project Manager in Gadsden, AL. The role centers on launching programs, leading APQP and PPAP, and serving as the main liaison between the factory and key clients in North America and Asia.

The candidate will coordinate across Process Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing, ensuring manufacturability, cost optimization, and on-time delivery through all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA/PMP a strong plus.
• 7+ years in automotive components with full NPI and mass production experience.
• Direct experience with North American OEMs (GM, Ford, Stellantis, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead project launch planning, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Drive APQP phases and manage FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with customer engineering teams and ECN handling.
• Coordinate China HQ/Asia-Pacific and US factory teams for manufacturability.
• Oversee PPAP, IQ targets, post-launch quality, and cost performance.
