Minth North America, Inc. seeks a Launch Manager to lead the introduction of new automotive products at the US plant, coordinating cross-functional teams from manufacturing engineering to quality and supply chain.

You will drive APQP/PPAP readiness, manage timelines and budgets, transfer programs from Minth China, and ensure production readiness and smooth ramp-up through first 30-90 days. The role requires strong communication with US customers and Minth China, PMP preferred, 5-8 years PM

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of project management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience introducing new projects to manufacturing plants (Required).
• Automotive parts industry experience, preferably with battery enclosures / structural components.
• Strong understanding of automotive project development processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans).
• Familiarity with TS16949/IATF16949 quality system.
• Knowledge of aluminum extrusion, welding, machining, surface treatment, assembly.
• English proficiency required for daily communication with US plant team, customers, and Minth China.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional launch team (manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, production) to prepare for new program launch.
• Coordinate plant resources and organize training prior to launch; lead trial production and plant readiness activities.
• Lead PPAP submission and obtain customer production approval; drive resolution of quality issues during launch.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive launch timelines aligned with customer milestones and plant readiness.
• Manage costs within budget and report launch-related expenses; support ramp-up and first 30-90 days of production.
