Qualifications

• 10+ years in Global & US Launch Excellence, Commercial Strategy or related biopharm functions.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Experience designing and implementing capability frameworks, processes, tools, and governance.
• Global mindset with ability to operate across geographies, markets and structures.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Launch Excellence capabilities.
• Lead modernized tools, playbooks, frameworks, and governance for launch readiness.
• Partner with BU Launch Leaders, Global Brand Teams, and Market teams to drive adoption.
• Lead a global team and establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
