Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a team; strong collaborative drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the lateral integration manager for global initiatives.
• Develop and implement individualized integration plans for each lateral partner.
• Provide high-touch support to new lateral partners for introductions and meetings.
• Track progress and identify opportunities for improvement in integration processes.
• Support Partner Education Series and other professional development initiatives.
