Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Partner Integration Specialist to support its lateral integration program across a global platform. The role reports to the Manager of Partner Integration and offers a hybrid 3 day in-office/2 day remote schedule in offices such as Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC.

Ideal candidates have a BA and 3–5 years in a law firm or professional services setting, with strong communication, client service, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective in a team environment and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the lateral integration manager for global initiatives.
• Develop and implement integration plans for each lateral partner.
• Provide high-touch support to new lateral partners to facilitate introductions and meetings.
• Track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Partner Education Series and other professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent team to align recruiting and integration priorities.
• Design onboarding and orientation activities for new partners.
