Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the lateral integration manager.
• Develop and implement individualized integration plans for each lateral partner.
• Provide high-touch support to new lateral partners to facilitate introductions, internal meetings, and initiatives that drive successful integration.
• Track and measure integration progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Legal Talent team to ensure consistency and alignment across recruiting and integration priorities.
• As needed, design onboarding activities including welcome communications, orientation schedules, and meeting logistics.
