Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and estimate translation projects and requests.
• Provide budget, schedule and instructions to project team to start projects and foresee roadblocks.
• Ensure client feedback and potential pitfalls are addressed before submission to production team.
• Set up project specifics to help production team succeed when applicable.
• Learn about clients’ industry and needs, educating the team and delivering high service levels.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines and budgets, and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
• Set and manage client expectations and ensure ISO-compliant processes.
