Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating projects and allocating resources is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of translation projects from start to finish.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow project instructions and liaise with sales to clarify parameters.
• Maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with QA/Management to ensure linguistic accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate issues or caveats to sales staff promptly.
• Research industries serviced by TransPerfect and current events relevant to projects.
• Investigate/resolve client complaints and implement systemic improvements.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.
