TransPerfect, a global leader in language services, invites applications for an Associate Project Coordinator in Atlanta. This entry-level role manages language/translation projects from start to finish and serves as the single point of accountability for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating projects a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of language/translation projects.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations comply with instructions and are linguistically accurate.
• Communicate any issues/problems/caveats to sales staff as soon as that information is available.
• Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to including industry leaders and current events.
• Investigate/resolve client complaints and work with QA/Management to implement systemic changes.
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.
