Job summary

AIM Solder in the United States is seeking a Labeling & Packaging Manager to own the labeling system across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to deliver compliant labeling on time and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in packaging, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of labeling experience in metals/electronics manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining regulated product labeling and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of global labeling standards and regulatory requirements; ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own labeling strategy and ensure high-quality, compliant labeling for products.
• Lead development and approval of product labeling and related documentation.
• Oversee labeling and packaging at production with labeling software and barcode tech.
• Approve label content, artwork, and regulatory information.
• Maintain labeling records, archives, and change controls in quality systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and R&D.
• Monitor regulatory trends and implement necessary updates.
• Define and control barcode standards for product, lot, and shipping labels.
