Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Project Manager - Global Labeling in Sunnyvale, CA to lead complex labeling initiatives for surgical systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, timely labeling content across products.

The role emphasizes process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Travel up to 10% may be required to support global labeling activities and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year Engineering degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in a medical device environment or equivalent.
• Experience in global, multi-discipline environments (Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Logistics).
• able to communicate across levels and teams, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement project plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Allocate resources and drive multiple labeling projects across geographies.
• Review labeling updates for regulatory compliance and content accuracy.
• Estimate costs, resources, and durations; manage risks and timelines.
• Prepare status reports and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
