Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate to join the Global Quality team in Indiana. You will lead the deployment of LabVantage across the QC Network, delivering technical leadership and project management oversight for worldwide implementation.

You will define data strategies, develop master data, reports and dashboards, ensure compliance with CSQ/CSV and Elanco quality frameworks, and shape long-term lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a regulated laboratory environment with LabVantage experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders globally.
• Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global deployment of LabVantage with timelines and progress metrics.
• Act as the primary technical lead for QC Network implementation and vendor discussions.
• Drive master data creation, reports, and dashboards for value realization.
• Define and implement business processes to optimize informatics use.
• Support lifecycle strategy and ensure CSQ/CSV compliance.
