Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate to join the Global Quality team to deliver and maintain LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network.

This fixed-duration (3-year contract) role provides technical leadership and project management oversite for the global implementation of LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network. You will lead deployments, partner with site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT, drive data and dashboard work, and ensure compliance with CSQ/CSV and Elanco quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, IT, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership in project management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global deployment of LabVantage across the QC network.
• Coordinate with site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT to align business requirements.
• Develop master data, reports, and dashboards to maximize system value.
• Establish a sustainable support strategy and lifecycle management for LabVantage.

Job description

As a Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate, you will be part of the Global Quality team to deliver and maintain world‑class laboratory informatics systems. This fixed‑duration (3‑year contract) role provides technical leadership and project management oversight for the global implementation of LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global deployment of LabVantage, managing timelines, providing progress metrics, and acting as the primary technical lead.
• Serve as the key global point of contact for site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT, representing business requirements in vendor discussions and negotiating project priorities.
• Drive the creation of master data, reports, and dashboards; define and implement business processes to maximize value and effective use of the informatics solution.
• Establish a sustainable support strategy for long‑term lifecycle management of LabVantage, incorporating best practices into downstream deployments.
• Ensure all informatics solutions remain in strict compliance with CSQ/CSV requirements and adhere to Elanco’s global quality frameworks, HSE policies, and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, VMD) with a demonstrated track record in the use or implementation of LabVantage.
• Strong technical leadership in project management and advanced analytical/problem‑solving skills.
