Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a LIMS Lab Informatics Senior Associate to lead the LabVantage deployment across the QC network. You will provide technical leadership and project management oversight for worldwide implementation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and at least 3 years in a regulated lab, with strong data governance, vendor management, and ability to drive process improvements while ensuring CSQ/CSV compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, IT, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, VMD).
• Experience in the use or implementation of LabVantage or similar LIMS.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global deployment of LabVantage, managing timelines and providing progress metrics.
• Serve as the global point of contact for site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT; align business needs with vendor discussions.
• Define and implement business processes and master data for maximum value from the informatics solution.
• Establish a sustainable lifecycle management and support strategy for LabVantage deployments.
• Ensure informatics solutions meet CSQ/CSV compliance and Elanco quality frameworks.
