Takeda is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to shape global laboratory consumables sourcing and supplier partnerships. You will connect business needs with category strategies to support operational performance, value creation, and long-term supply continuity.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to advance strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, and drive risk mitigation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in category management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related commercial discipline.
• Experience managing laboratory consumables categories and related supplier markets.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and category strategy development.
• Experience using market intelligence and spend analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Ability to assess and manage supply, quality, and business risks within a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop category strategies that align business needs with global procurement objectives and category priorities.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to identify opportunities, support supplier selection, and deliver business value.
• Manage supplier relationships by overseeing performance, governance activities, and ongoing collaboration.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to support effective contract management and category outcomes.
• Analyze market and spend data to inform sourcing decisions and category planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to align priorities and support execution of category initiatives.
• Drive value and risk management by advancing cost, sustainability, innovation, and supply continuity objectives.
