Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver internal curricula for students, interns, and professionals across technology, trading, and operations. You will build programs from the ground up, ensuring sessions are engaging, credible, and actionable for highly analytical audiences.

You will craft content, develop eLearning, and partner with global L&D colleagues to continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training, facilitation, or learning and development.
• Ability to facilitate confidently across diverse audiences from interns to managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for analytical audiences.
• Hands-on instructional design practices to create scenario-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions across student programs, early‑career, and management development curricula.
• Design instructionally sound modules for a fast-paced organization with limited time.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, and assessments.
• Develop eLearning modules and blended learning resources.
• Deliver training and collaborate with global L&D colleagues to refine programs.
