New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a senior Global Merchandising leader to own the GKA plan across NA, EMEA and APAC. You will align global category direction with regional teams, shape lifecycle management and drive assortment strategy for key accounts.

The role supports a hybrid schedule, with headquarters in Boston or Warrington, and international travel to manage wholesale partnerships with strong market insight and a focus on brand alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12–15+ years with wholesale partners.
• Deadline oriented, analytically skilled, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Knowledgeable in channel segmentation, range architecture and product planning.
• Strong communicator; able to influence senior leadership across regions.
• Energetic, collaborative leader with a track record of driving teams.
• Ideal location near Boston or Manchester with travel expectations.
