New Balance is seeking a strategic Merchant Manager to lead the apparel business for two key accounts, JD Sports and Foot Locker. You will curate seasonal assortments, shape brand storytelling, and drive profitable results with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Regional teams.

You will build winning assortments, manage GTM processes, and translate consumer insights into future product direction.

Competenze

• 5+ years in merchandising, buying, planning, product management, or related fields.
• Experience with footwear, apparel, sporting goods, or lifestyle products preferred.

• Build and manage seasonal assortments aligned with consumer demand and brand priorities.
• Lead GTM activities for assigned accounts, delivering product stories and launches.
