New Balance is seeking a seasoned Merchandising professional to drive seasonal directed assortments and must land programs for key accounts. You will collaborate with Regional Business Unit Merchants, North America Sales, and Brand/Integrated/Channel Marketing to shape GTM strategies and regional priorities.

Responsibilities include adapting regional lines, creating consumer-friendly assortments, and ensuring product availability and profitability across channels.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor degree or equivalent required; retail or footwear industry knowledge preferred.
Experience in product management or merchandising is essential.
Proficient with standard MS Office and merchandising tools.
