Teradyne Robotics, a division of Teradyne, seeks a Global Key Account Manager to lead a top online marketplace relationship and drive revenue growth across regions. You will coordinate pricing, forecasting, and cross-functional execution with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure high performance and policy compliance.

The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and the ability to travel as needed to manage a high-volume account and deliver mutual value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5 years of experience in account management within logistics or automation industry.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability within large, complex retail or marketplace accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, product).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience in robotics, consumer electronics, or hardware industry.
• Experience managing global or multi-region account portfolios.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for sales and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with a major global online retail marketplace partner.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the account.
• Lead pricing strategy, budget planning, and inventory forecasting in coordination with internal teams.
• Analyze account performance data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and account health.
• Monitor competitive landscape and marketplace policy changes, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting performance and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot escalations related to supply chain, compliance, chargebacks, or account performance.
