Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Onsite IT Vendor Management & Contracts Specialist to act as the central bridge between internal stakeholders—Workplace/Facilities, IT Engineering, Corporate Sourcing, and Legal—and external technology partners, system integrators, and managed service providers.

You will ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, execute against SLAs, and drive continuous performance improvements across global locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier governance programs and QBRs.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, SOWs and service contracts.
• Ability to enforce vendor accountability across procurement, legal, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance & Performance: establish governance rhythms and scorecards.
• Contract & SOW Oversight: ensure deliverables and milestones match terms.
• SLA Tracking & Escalation: monitor KPIs and manage escalations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate renewals, evaluations, and scope changes.
• Operational Reporting: maintain visibility into supplier commitments and spend.
