Job summary

AVI-SPL in Mountain View, California, seeks an Onsite IT Vendor Management & Contracts Specialist to act as the central bridge between internal teams and external technology partners, systems integrators, and managed services providers.

You will ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, track SLAs, and drive continuous performance improvement across global locations, collaborating with Legal, Sourcing, IT Engineering, and Workplace teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of IT vendor management or related experience.
• Ability to lead supplier governance programs and drive performance.
• Strong contract literacy and understanding of MSAs/SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance & Performance: set governance rhythms, QBRs, vendor scorecards.
• Contract & SOW Oversight: ensure deliverables and term compliance.
• SLA Tracking & Issue Escalation: monitor KPIs and resolve escalations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate renewals and evaluations with Legal, Sourcing, and IT teams.
• Operational Reporting & Visibility: track commitments, expirations, and spend.
