Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Vendor Management leader in New York to drive governance across global IT services and contingent labor. You will shape a best-in-class vendor program, partner with procurement and finance, and guide transitions and transformations to ensure reliable service delivery.

You will lead executive relationships, define KPI/SLA performance dashboards, and oversee AI-use governance for outsourced services, with travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in vendor management, sourcing, or outsourcing in IT services and contingent labor.
• Deep understanding of contingent labor programs, MSP models, and VMS tools such as Beeline.
• Proven leadership of global vendor management or partner management functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise vendor governance aligned with technology and business strategy.
• Lead executive-level vendor relationships and governance forums (QBRs, steering committees).
• Drive KPI, SLA, and XLA performance management using dashboards and scorecards.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance on contract strategy, cost optimization, and governance.
• Define FIS’s commercial and supplier governance strategy for AI in outsourced services and contingent labor.
• Lead vendor transitions including onboarding, offboarding, and migrations.
• Oversee vendor service delivery across infrastructure, help desk, app development, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Lead contingent labor programs, including worker onboarding/offboarding and MSP/VMS governance.
• Drive innovation initiatives with measurable ROI and oversee external labor strategy.
