Job summary

ManTech International, Inc. seeks a motivated Senior Travel Trainer to join our Chantilly, VA team. This onsite role supports government and contract personnel with training for custom software solutions, device management, and procedures to ensure secure operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in training/IT, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally. Security clearances may be required, and MS 365 proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, math, education, business or MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Training/IT experience.
• Experience delivering software training in classroom or virtual settings.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Performs end user training and support for custom software solutions in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Instructs participants in one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc sessions; develops and delivers training materials.
• Works with customers to establish training content and objectives; prepares training plans from onsite data and workflows.
• Documents issues clearly and reports daily to management and customer during training.
• Completes reporting in a timely manner; after-hours and weekend support may be required for overseas or domestic tasks.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers; communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates initiative with limited supervision and strong organizational skills; manages competing priorities.
