Job summary

Streamline Computing LLC is seeking an IT Technician to deliver remote IT support to clients worldwide. The role requires wiring experience and familiarity with server environments, including Microsoft domains and Exchange.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work in tight spaces or at heights. Travel may be necessary, and weekends or evenings could be required to meet service demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Clean, neat appearance; punctual and reliable.
• Willing to travel in and out of the country; possess reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to clients via Logmein/TeamViewer.
• Assist with wiring, terminations, and rack wiring tasks.
• Support Microsoft server domains, AD, Exchange, and office suites.
