Job summary

InXpress is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to keep our global franchise network secure, reliable, and well-managed. The role centers on administering Microsoft 365 and identity, managing endpoints and security, running service desk operations, and building automation for shipping/eCommerce integrations and AWS-hosted services.

The position is onsite in Sandy, UT with reports to the CTO. Applicants must reside in Utah and be ready to support a mixed corporate/franchise environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar hands-on IT operations role.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD identity and access management.
• Endpoint management with Intune across Windows and macOS.
• AWS fundamentals: IAM, EC2, S3, monitoring/cost tracking.
• Experience in a service desk/ITSM environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant day-to-day: provisioning, licensing, mailbox/SharePoint, Teams.
• Manage identity and access including MFA, SSO, access reviews.
• Apply and maintain security controls per company standards.
• Rollout of new M365 features and AI tools to end users.
• Maintain documentation of tenant configuration and SOPs.
