Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to assist local and field users across the Dallas area. You will deploy, repair and troubleshoot Windows desktops, notebooks, Surface devices and mobile devices, along with printers, projectors, and network equipment.

Responsibilities include logging requests with Fresh Service, providing on-site support at the Dallas Office, and remote assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in IT-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant support experience required.
• Knowledge of IT service desk practices and customer service emphasis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD Joined & Hybrid Joined.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center & Azure Active Directory Admin Center.
• Experience managing user accounts and access in Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Log and track service requests; log calls using Fresh Service.
• Provide on-site technical support at Dallas Office and field locations.
• Troubleshoot internet/network issues and report outages to providers.
• Support Windows devices and Teams phones; basic operations assistance.
• Set up laptops for deployment using SCCM and approved checklists.
• Repair laptops, fix printing/scanning issues, address network outages.
