Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a full-time, in-office Global IT Support I in Wheat Ridge, CO. This role provides courteous IT end-user support to employees and clients, including assisting other offices and working on global projects.

You will troubleshoot issues across desktop/laptop systems, software, connectivity, voice, email, and conferencing applications, while collaborating with peers to resolve tickets promptly and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• At least 1+ year of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Technical skills or certifications in networking and remote access technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt communication styles according to the audience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Attention to quality, details, and correctness.
• English proficiency to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IT front line, troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve tickets via helpdesk channels.
• Install and maintain hardware and software for end users.
• Document issues and maintain records in logs and reports.
• Provide training materials and documentation for IT applications.
• Uphold network security measures per company policies.
• Assist other offices and global projects as needed.
